Big Pack Hobby Shop is operated by Drinco De Mayo LLC, 156 W Passaic St, Suite A, Rochelle Park, NJ 07662, United States. These terms apply to purchases through shopbigpack.com and should be read with the product listing, shipping policy, returns policy, condition guide, and privacy policy. Review them before placing an order. A specific written product description controls over a general condition statement.

Ordering and payment

You must be legally able to make the purchase or have appropriate parent or guardian authorization. Provide accurate contact, billing, and shipping information and use a payment method you are authorized to use. Prices are shown in the currency indicated by the store or checkout. Checkout shows the applicable taxes, shipping charges, and available payment methods before payment. Regular payment methods are accepted for orders shipping within the USA. International orders must use cryptocurrency; contact us first to confirm availability, shipping charges, and approved payment instructions. Payment is due when ordering unless a specific payment plan offered at checkout states otherwise; that provider’s terms apply to its plan.

Product availability can change. If we discover an inventory or pricing error, we will contact you about a correction or cancellation and refund any payment for items we cannot supply. We will not charge a higher corrected price without your agreement.

Condition, packaging, and authenticity

We sell genuine products and inspect collectibles before shipment. Mass-produced cards, boxes, and outer wrap may have manufacturing variations and minor cosmetic imperfections. Unless a listing expressly states otherwise, retail packaging is not guaranteed mint or display-perfect. Small dings, shallow dents, scuffs, light creases, or small outer-wrap tears may occur. Significant damage, resealing, missing contents, counterfeit goods, or a material mismatch with a listing are not ordinary cosmetic wear.

Items described as “as is” are sold in the condition specifically disclosed, with the stated imperfections. No particular grading outcome, pull, rarity, or future market value is promised unless expressly stated. Nothing in an “as is” statement excuses a failure to deliver the authentic item and material condition described or overrides rights that applicable law makes non-waivable.

Shipping, cancellations, and returns

In-stock orders normally process in 1–3 business days. Our linked shipping and returns policies explain preorders, international charges, and final-sale rules. All sales are final, with no returns or refunds except remedies required by applicable law. Changes to these pages apply prospectively; the terms applicable to your order are those presented when you buy, subject to mandatory law.

Site features and educational content

The homepage Pokémon reveal and authenticity challenges are free educational entertainment. They do not award physical goods, cash, prizes, or stored monetary value. Guide content helps you learn inspection habits but is not a professional authentication certificate for any specific item. Card finishes and packaging vary by set, language, printing, and product.

Responsible use

Do not misuse the site, submit fraudulent orders, interfere with its operation, or use content in ways that infringe others’ rights. Pokémon and other third-party names, artwork, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Big Pack’s status as a Play! Pokémon location does not make every item independently certified by The Pokémon Company.
