All sales are final — no returns or refunds
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for a change of mind, market-price changes, unwanted pulls, or disclosed condition and ordinary cosmetic packaging wear. Cards, sealed collectibles, and event products are final sale on that basis, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Wrong, damaged, counterfeit, or not as described
Final sale does not remove your rights when an item is incorrect, counterfeit, materially not as described, damaged in transit, or otherwise subject to a legally required remedy. Our condition policy does not excuse an authenticity or material-description problem. We review reported issues and arrange the appropriate remedy based on the facts and applicable law.
Email sales@plospops.com with the order number, a description of the problem, and clear photos of the item and packaging. For visible shipping damage or a condition mismatch, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery when possible. This helps us investigate and is not a cutoff for rights that cannot lawfully be waived. For authenticity concerns, include any professional assessment or comparison evidence you have; do not damage the card to test it.
Before sending anything back
Contact us for return instructions before mailing an item. Keep its packaging and contents while we review the issue. We will explain any approved return’s shipping arrangements and refund details. Items must be returned as instructed without additional use, alteration, or damage. We will not impose a restocking or cancellation fee where a full refund is required by law.
Refunds and payment disputes
For approved or legally required refunds, we will communicate the amount and processing status. Refunds are ordinarily issued to the original payment method; bank or payment-provider posting time can vary. Contact us promptly about an order concern so we can help. Nothing in these policies prevents a lawful payment dispute or limits non-waivable consumer protections.
