Who we are and how to reach us

Drinco De Mayo LLC, doing business as Big Pack Hobby Shop, operates shopbigpack.com from 156 W Passaic St, Suite A, Rochelle Park, NJ 07662, United States. Information used by the store

When you order, contact us, create an account, or subscribe to emails, information can include your name, email, telephone number, billing and delivery addresses, order and payment details, account information, and the messages or photos you choose to send. Payment providers process payment credentials as part of checkout. Do not send card numbers, passwords, or sensitive identity documents through ordinary email.

Shopify and services used on the site can also receive technical and activity information such as your IP address, browser, device, referring page, pages viewed, shopping activity, cookies, and similar identifiers. The information involved depends on the features you use and applicable privacy choices.

Why information is used

We use information to fulfill and support orders, process payments and refunds, arrange shipping, answer questions, maintain accounts, prevent fraud, improve the store, and comply with recordkeeping and legal obligations. Marketing and advertising features may use contact or activity information to measure and personalize promotions, subject to applicable law and consent requirements. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails through their unsubscribe link; necessary order communications may continue.

Shopify and other service providers

Shopify hosts our store. Information is shared with Shopify and providers involved in payments, delivery, customer support, analytics, and marketing as needed for those activities. We may also disclose information when you direct us to, when required by law, to protect legal rights, or in connection with a business transfer subject to applicable protections.

Shopify Network Intelligence is enabled for this store. Shopify may use information about interactions with our store together with information from other merchants and Shopify services to provide enhanced features, including advertising and personalization. Cookies, maps, and the interactive pack

Cookies and similar technologies support checkout, shopping preferences, security, measurement, and advertising features. Use any privacy controls offered on the site, your browser’s storage controls, or contact us to request choices about eligible data use. Blocking storage may affect shopping features.

Our embedded Google map can send technical information, including your IP address, to Google when it loads. External map, Pokémon, and certification links lead to services with their own privacy practices; see Google’s Privacy Policy. The homepage Pokémon encounter uses browser session storage to avoid repeating the previous background selection. The reveal does not require a name, email address, or account and does not maintain a customer collection profile.

Your choices and requests

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of information, and to opt out of certain sharing, sale, or targeted advertising. Some advertising-related sharing may be treated as a “sale” or “sharing” under state privacy laws even without a cash payment. To make a request, email sales@plospops.com and describe what you would like us to do. You can also use Shopify’s portal for requests relating to Shopify’s own processing.

We may need to verify your request and authority before acting. An authorized agent may submit a request with evidence of authorization where permitted. We will respond within the period required by applicable law and will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights. If a request is declined, contact us to request review or appeal where available. You may also contact your applicable privacy regulator.

Retention, security, and international processing

Information is retained as needed for orders, support, accounting, fraud prevention, legal obligations, and other purposes described here. Retention depends on the information and applicable obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet service can promise absolute security. Shopify and other providers may process information outside your state or country, subject to applicable safeguards and their relevant notices.

Children and family visitors

Purchases and account submissions should be made by a person legally able to transact or with appropriate parent or guardian involvement. Please do not submit children’s personal information through the game or contact forms. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided personal information can contact us to request review and deletion where appropriate. The free Pokémon reveal does not ask visitors for personal details.
