shopbigpack.com currently functions primarily as a public catalog of products available at our Rochelle Park retail store.

Online ordering and shipping are currently unavailable.

Products, prices, quantities, conditions, grades, images, and other information displayed online are intended to help customers browse before visiting Big Pack.

Inventory changes throughout the day. A product appearing on the website does not reserve that item or guarantee that it will still be available when you arrive.

For a specific or high-value product, we recommend contacting the store before traveling.

Product Availability

Products marked In Stock at Big Pack reflect the inventory information available to our systems at that time.

Because products may sell in store before all systems finish updating, website inventory should not be treated as an absolute guarantee of availability.

Products marked Out of Stock are not currently available for ordinary purchase unless Big Pack staff confirms otherwise.

Pricing

Prices displayed on shopbigpack.com represent Big Pack’s current listed retail price at the time shown.

Collectible prices may change based on:

Website pricing errors may be corrected where permitted by applicable law.

Applicable taxes are handled at the time of the actual transaction.

Card and Collectible Condition

Collectibles are condition-sensitive products.

Raw cards are sold according to the condition stated for the item.

Graded cards are described using the grading company, grade, certification information, and available photographs.

Sealed products may have normal manufacturing or handling imperfections.

Unless a specific listing states otherwise, factory-sealed packaging is not guaranteed to be display-perfect and may contain ordinary cosmetic imperfections such as:

• small dings
• shallow dents
• scuffs
• minor creases
• small wrap imperfections

Customers should inspect condition-sensitive merchandise before completing an in-store purchase.

Authenticity

Big Pack intends to sell genuine products.

If you have questions about a card or collectible, ask our team before purchasing.

Our authenticity guides and educational materials are provided to help collectors understand common warning signs and inspection techniques. They are not professional grading certificates or guarantees concerning items that Big Pack has not personally inspected.

Returns and Final Sales

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, purchases from Big Pack Hobby Shop are final sale.

We do not ordinarily accept returns or exchanges for:

• change of mind
• buyer’s remorse
• market-price changes
• unwanted pulls
• disclosed condition
• ordinary cosmetic packaging wear

Final-sale status does not eliminate rights or remedies that applicable law does not permit us to waive.

Selling or Trading a Collection

Big Pack may purchase Pokémon cards, graded cards, sealed products, and other collectibles depending on current buying needs.

An inquiry, appraisal, or preliminary discussion does not guarantee that Big Pack will make an offer.

Offers may depend on:

• condition
• authenticity
• current demand
• market value
• inventory levels
• the amount of similar inventory already owned by Big Pack

A Big Pack purchase offer may differ from an individual item’s retail asking price.

Packy Pesos Loyalty Rewards

Packy Pesos is Big Pack Hobby Shop’s customer loyalty and rewards program.

Participation is voluntary.

Packy Pesos activity may include qualifying purchases, points earned, points redeemed, rewards, account activity, and other program benefits.

Packy Pesos rewards do not have cash value unless Big Pack expressly states otherwise.

Program rules, earning rates, redemption requirements, benefits, and availability may change.

Marketing consent is separate from basic loyalty-program administration where practical.

Customer Accounts, Big Pack Kiosk, and PackClerk

Big Pack may use customer accounts and systems including Big Pack Kiosk and PackClerk to support store operations.

Depending on the feature being used, these systems may support:

• Packy Pesos

• transactions
• collection buying and trades

• store analytics
• other operational functions

Big Pack makes reasonable efforts to keep website and inventory information accurate.

We do not guarantee that shopbigpack.com, Big Pack Kiosk, PackClerk, Packy Pesos, inventory synchronization, or other digital systems will operate without interruption or error.
